I paid but the app still shows locked

Open the app, go to the paywall screen (tap Mock exam on the home screen, or any locked item), and tap Restore Purchases. This re-checks your Apple ID's purchase history and unlocks the app without charging you again. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with the Apple ID email you purchased with (not the password) and the approximate date of purchase.

Do I need an account?

No. RES Exam Prep Singapore has no login, no account, and no sign-up. Your progress and purchase are tied to your device and Apple ID through Apple's own systems.

I found a wrong answer or a typo

Every question has a "Report a problem with this question" link that sends it to us with the question attached — the fastest way to reach us about a specific question. You can also email us directly with the question number.

I want a refund

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple ID you purchased with.
