RES Exam Prep Singapore — CEA RES exam practice

RES Exam Prep Singapore has no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising. The only information that leaves your device is feedback you choose to send us from inside the app.

This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information. It applies to the RES Exam Prep Singapore iOS app.

Information we collect

Only what you send through the in-app Feedback form, and only when you send it:

• Your message, and the question it is about if you sent it from a question
• The app version and iOS version, so we can reproduce problems
• Your email address, only if you choose to enter one so we can reply

Feedback is delivered to us through Formspree, a form-handling service, which forwards it to our email. We use it only to fix problems and reply to you. We do not use it for advertising or tracking, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

We do not collect your name, location, contacts, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or usage analytics.

Information stored on your device

So the app can remember your progress, some information is saved locally on your iPhone or iPad using Apple's standard on-device storage:

• Your answer history and weak topics
• Best scores for sessions and mock exams
• Your revision notes and saved rules
• An unfinished session, so you can pick up where you stopped
• How many free sessions you have used today
• Your language choice and whether you have acknowledged the disclaimer

This information never leaves your device. It is not sent to us, and it is removed when you delete the app.

Exporting notes

If you export your revision notes, the app creates the file on your device and opens the iOS share sheet. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you choose to share it.

Purchases

RES Exam Prep Singapore offers a single one-time in-app purchase that unlocks the full question bank. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment details, card number, or billing address. The app checks your purchase status through Apple's StoreKit on your device only.

Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell, rent, or trade any information. Apart from Formspree delivering feedback you choose to send, there are no third-party SDKs, trackers, or advertising networks in the app.

Children

RES Exam Prep Singapore is study material aimed at adults preparing for a professional licensing examination. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Your rights

To have feedback you sent us deleted, email us and we will remove it. The information stored on your device is under your control and is deleted when you remove the app.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date above. Material changes affecting how the app handles information will also be noted in the app's release notes.

RES Exam Prep Singapore is independently produced practice material based on the publicly available CEA RES examination syllabus. It is not sourced from, endorsed by, or affiliated with the Council for Estate Agencies, HDB, MAS, IRAS, or any other government agency.
