RES Exam QB — CEA RES exam practice

RES Exam QB does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. The app has no accounts, no servers, no analytics, and no advertising.

This policy explains what the app does and does not do with information on your device. It applies to the RES Exam QB iOS app.

Information we collect

None. RES Exam QB has no backend and makes no network requests of its own. Nothing you do in the app is sent to us or to anyone else.

We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or usage analytics.

Information stored on your device

So the app can remember where you left off, a small amount of information is saved locally on your iPhone or iPad using Apple's standard on-device storage:

• Your best score for each practice round
• Whether you have acknowledged the in-app disclaimer

This information never leaves your device. It is not backed up to us, and it is removed when you delete the app.

Purchases

RES Exam QB offers a single one-time in-app purchase that unlocks the full set of practice rounds. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment details, card number, or billing address. The app checks your purchase status through Apple's StoreKit on your device only.

Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Feedback

If you choose to send feedback, the app opens your own email app with a pre-filled message. Nothing is sent unless you write it and press send yourself. If you do email us, we receive whatever you chose to include — typically your email address and your message — and we use it only to read and reply to your feedback. We do not add you to any mailing list.

Sharing and selling

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any information, because we do not collect any. There are no third-party SDKs, trackers, or advertising networks in the app.

Children

RES Exam QB is study material aimed at adults preparing for a professional licensing examination. It is not directed at children, and since it collects no data, it collects none from children.

Your rights

Because no personal data is collected or held by us, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or erase on your behalf. The information stored on your device is under your control and is deleted when you remove the app.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date above. Material changes affecting how the app handles information will also be noted in the app's release notes.

RES Exam QB is independently produced practice material based on the publicly available CEA RES examination syllabus. It is not sourced from, endorsed by, or affiliated with the Council for Estate Agencies, HDB, MAS, IRAS, or any other government agency.
